I am aware of the challenges and stigma associated with seeking therapy services and I am committed to creating a safe space. My focus in private practice is person-centered and directed towards assisting adults manage everyday life stressors. Using an integrated mix of evidenced based therapies, my role is to assist in instilling hope and break the patterns in your life that no longer serve you. I won’t know all the answers, but we will sit in the discomfort together and process your fears. My therapy is tailored to support individuals develop strategies necessary to solve problems and heal.

Education and Background
I am trained in Clinical Social Work and hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice. I have over 12 years of experience working with adults, college students, behavioral health professionals and residential treatment providers. I am a Brooklyn native with Trinidadian and Grenadian roots. My pronouns are she/her/hers. Please let me know yours.
